Hello to all the readers out there! I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday season and the New Year is off to a great start. I was able to really enjoy my month-long break with a visit home to Albuquerque. I spent some wonderful time with my family hanging out and eating some phenomenal home cooking. My girlfriend was able to come out for a week of my break as well, we had a fun time exploring across town and getting lots of tourist things done. After my visit home, I still had a couple more days of break to enjoy in St. Pete and even managed to fit a 5K race into the schedule. All in all, I was able to relax, rejuvenate and slowly start to get ready for my next trimester of school to start.

This trimester is a very exciting and important one in the chiropractic program! It’s Tri 8, the start of my clinic internship!!! This tri our schedule is a little funky, with three days of clinic rotations and two days of all-day classes. We are only one week in and I’m already having a blast! While I am enjoying my classes so far, I certainly prefer my clinic days. I am still training right now but already see my first acupuncture patient next week. I am eager to share updates from my clinic experiences this trimester and all the other cool stuff I have coming up in the next few months!

As always, if you have any questions, please email me at [email protected].
