NUHS Homecoming 2017

by Jun 19, 2017

It’s summer, it’s midterms time, and it’s Homecoming!

Last year I was too busy and too early in the program to think about networking at Homecoming and trying to see how other people are doing in their businesses, but this year I decided it’s time to see more of what is out there.

I have applied for the student lottery for a sponsorship for Homecoming and I was lucky enough to get it.

Besides networking and listening to different presentations, I’m really looking forward to attending the Japanese training in Abdominal Palpation and Needling Technique. I met Tom Hurrle this January when I took one of his seminars, and I immediately fell in love with Japanese acupuncture.

If you want to learn more about him and his training here’s his Homecoming link. To see a full line-up of our exceptional Homecoming speakers, check the Featured Speakers link.

If you want to try something else besides TCM or just get a taste of something closer to Five Elements Acupuncture, I would definitely try this seminar. No, I’m not getting anything for promoting him and the event! It just happens I am a fan of the Japanese style.

On a different note, I’m done with exams for now and weekend classes, and I am enjoying as much sun as I can. I started planning my trip back home to Romania and I am so excited to see my parents again. Also, I’ll be traveling to Minnesota next weekend for training in Acupuncture for Labor and Pregnancy.

If you are interested in learning more about all the seminars I’m doing aside from school, or you want just to try it out, come see me in the clinic and I’ll be more than happy to be your intern!
